Guest speaker Beth Medley will come and lead a workshop on creating core values for your business.
Like ours? It was a process very similar to this that led us to the WE mission and core values.
You'll leave this workshop with a few core values in hand, but also with another WE participant's phone number so that you can finish your core values outside of the workshop if you didn't get to the 5-6 recommended core values.
Great core values can make running your business go so much smoother. They are rules for how your customers or employees should act and/or be treated, as well as something to fall back on when you have a tough choice to make.
