Our friends at HotWorx want to show you how their infrared lights and sauna helps you not only get a better workout, but reduces soreness and gets rid of toxins. Sounds like a good way to reset the body!
Participants can choose to enjoy a complimentary workout or simply come learn about the science of working out in infrared saunas.
